THE REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of public relations and social media experience
Agency background a plus
Proficient in Mac OS, Google Drive, Excel
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
Must have strong knowledge and solid experience with social media platforms
Familiarity and knowledge of real estate / travel industry and trends
THE WORK
Provide oversight, strategic direction, and messaging for corporate and client communications programs and written communications, including electronic and print communications, media / press materials, client communications, and social media / online engagement communications. Manage efforts to increase B2B and B2C awareness around corporate initiatives through social media touchpoints (Facebook, Twitter, Industry Blogs, among others.) with assistance of social media team. Lead the establishment and growth of online/social media sites/communities in support of corporate initiatives.

THE JOB
You will manage day-to-day social media and PR operations in support of multiple client projects and RUHM corporate campaigns.
Provide oversight, strategic direction, and messaging for social media campaigns and media / press materials.
Lead and manage efforts to increase B2B and B2C awareness through social media and PR initiatives.
50% Developing, planning, writing, pitching and executing public relations/ social media campaigns
30% Media-monitoring, reporting and research across multiple clients
20% Other special marketing, PR / social media projects, and general administration
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience
HOURS
Full time (approx. 40 hrs/week)
Boise area local preferred, but will consider e-commuters
