Enter our cheeky British host, Joanne. A parody of popular real estate shows watched by our target demographic, Joanne’s script and direction balanced high-class finesse with snarky wit. Within a few months, the estate’s video went viral, being named “Home of the Day” by the LA Times and topping the lists of outstanding real estate videos. Oceanridge received multiple offers in under 60 days – selling quickly to buyers who have since hired RUHM to market two of their own multi-million dollar homes.
