What better month than March, when spring is just around the corner, to ready ourselves for a new season of growth and creativity?

Here’s a little secret, though: “Creativity” can be a loaded word, even for creatives. Many of us, who work in what are known as creative fields (marketing, advertising, editorial, filmmaking and the like) simply feel too modest or intimidated to identify as such. We think, ‘That person over there is much more innovative than me. He’s the real creative.’
