Load the van. Round up the crew. Fire up the RED. We leave in three weeks.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Yes, we know, we just posted our pie-in-the-sky wish list, but this is even bigger than that.

We’ve  just been commissioned to market a stunner of an East Coast property, in the iconic community of Conyers Farm in Greenwich, Connecticut. The owner is James Mossman, retired Chief Investment Officer of New York City-based Blackstone, one of the world’s largest asset management and advisory firms.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][image_with_animation animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self” image_url=”1454″][vc_column_text]Photo courtesy of: Tamar Lurie[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]The estate has so many fantastic features, it’s hard to list just one. However, if we had to pick between the wine cellar, 13 acres of garden space, pool, observatory, tennis court and basketball court, we’d choose … none of those things.

Instead, we’d go with the ice rink that’s in full-fledged hockey mode right now, complete with boards and glass. And the fact that the property has been a fantastic family home for its owners for many years, which will make for some great storytelling. Sure, we may get to lace up our hockey skates in the name of research. But beyond that possibility lies an even more exciting fact: As luxury markets across the country surge, so does the need for quality film, photo, and design talent to showcase such properties.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][image_with_animation animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self” image_url=”1442″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Plus, what better time than winter, a historically slow season for sellers in any market, for RUHM to bring its sunshine-laden, bright-idea-steeped West-Coast crew to the Northeast? The timing may seem unusual. But to us, winter is the perfect time to get this project rolling. The snowy season has its own sort of magic and some of the best family memories our homeowner has shared with us were made in the winter months. We can’t wait to take that inspiration to the storyboard. By the time the weather (and the market) warms up, this home will already have a running (or, shall we say, skating) head start among comparable listings.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][image_with_animation animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self” image_url=”1452″][vc_column_text]Photo courtesy of: Tamar Lurie[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]We’re already brimming with ideas and can’t wait to work with the seller’s agent, Tamar Lurie of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and her team to expand the home’s reach in the marketplace and increase value perception. Beyond that jargon, though, lies the real point of all this, which is to say that we’re darn thrilled to tell this home’s story in such a way that brings, not just any buyer, but the right buyer, through this home’s doors.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][image_with_animation animation=”Fade In” img_link_target=”_self” image_url=”1456″][vc_column_text]Photo courtesy of: Tamar Lurie[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]With the estate’s custom website set to launch in mid-February, there’s lots to do. There are high-quality videos to shoot, actors to hire, photo galleries to assemble, a 360-degree VTour to film, Vidpics to produce, and more.
