We’re spreading the cheer by helping Fristers, a local nonprofit, with their annual toy drive. Want to join the party?

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Things took on an impromptu jingle-jangle vibe here at RUHM this week. Yesterday, a giant Christmas tree appeared in the middle of our co-working table. For my part, I saw our Creative Director, Opie’s, mistletoe candle and raised him one desktop Paperwhite Lily we named Groot. We’re prepared for a little Handel’s Messiah to burst forth from our speakers at any moment. And we’re all pretty happy to be doing this job. So, while we’re decking our halls, we’re also thinking about how we can spread the cheer.

Our team has decided to support Fristers this year, an Irvine-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving outcomes for young mothers and their children by providing education, access to resources, role models and other types of support.

Every season, Fristers throws a holiday party at each of its seven Orange County locations, where moms and their tots can get together, share a meal and shop for a special toy to take home.

We’re collecting new, unwrapped learning toys for boys and girls, ages zero to six, to help Fristers throw some seriously great shindigs. And, we’re no stranger to deadlines, so here it goes: The drive ends Dec. 10.

Want to get involved? Swing by our offices and drop off a toy, rock around our Christmas Tree and say “hi” to Groot. Just don’t be alarmed if you walk in on someone reenacting the battle scene from the Nutcracker.  (Yep, that sort of happened this week, too.)[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
